The second annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest at Loch Low‑Minn was a ton of fun! Five brave souls entered the depths of the loch and carved their way into legend.
We want to thank the participants for braving the overcast weather and putting their work on display! We also extend our appreciation to the judges for taking the time to cast their votes and to the Loch Low‑Minn staff and friends for all their efforts in organizing the event. It would not have been possible without all your help!
We hope that next year will see more brave participants and exciting new carvings to continue this one-of-a-kind tradition.
This is your last chance to procure a gourd and carving supplies.

Alas! We must say goodbye to our own Cody Roberts. A staple at Loch Low-Minn for many years, he has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team. While we are sad to see him go, other responsibilities demand his attention, so we must reluctantly say farewell and wish him success in his future endeavors. Thanks for all your hard work, Cody, and best of luck!

Curious to see what we've been up to since the weather cleared?
Just some carpentry.
Here's one of the old tables (left) next to some of the new tables (right).
Not only are the new tables larger, but they are also sturdier.

We've enjoyed getting to know many of you over the past few months, but that got us wondering - wouldn't you also like to get to know us a bit better?
That's why we added brand new History and Staff sections to the website.
Check them out!
A list of activities, amenities, and new rules will be added soon.
Also, keep an eye on this site and our Facebook page for an important announcement coming in the next couple of weeks!
In the meantime, what information or functionality would you like to see added to this website? Let us know, and we'll do our best to implement it.
Like many of you, we have been affected by the unusually inclement winter weather over the past few weeks.
Some trees have fallen from the buildup of snow and ice, including a couple that have blocked the main gate. These are now mostly cleared, and we hope this damage will not significantly delay our renovation efforts.
We're putting a lot of work into the resort during our first off-season, so that there will be plenty of improvements by the time we open in Spring of 2015!
